IntelliWave™ Upgrade Frequency
ESDI issues one major new release every year. Minor releases quarterly.
Software Purchases
All IntelliWave™ software is delivered with twelve months of free maintenance and technical support. During this twelve month period, customers are entitled to any major or minor releases becoming available.
Annual Maintenance and Technical Support Agreement
Continuing maintenance and technical support can be purchased in annual increments. The maintenance includes entitlement to all software version upgrades during the agreement period.
Software Version Upgrade without Annual Maintenance and Technical Support Agreement
Clients wishing to receive a version upgrade of IntelliWave™ software while not covered by a current maintenance and technical support agreement will need to pay the back maintenance fee.
Software Edition Upgrade
IntelliWave ™ software is offered in three editions, LE-1, LE-2 and PE. While covered by a maintenance and technical support agreement, clients can upgrade to higher level editions by paying the difference.
Software Edition Upgrade without Annual Maintenance and Technical Support Agreement
Clients wishing to receive an edition upgrade of IntelliWave™ software while not covered by a current maintenance and technical support agreement will need to pay the back maintenance fee, plus the difference in the edition price.
