Interferometry Software

		ESDI’s IntelliWave™ interferometric analysis software is recognized worldwide as the most versatile interferogram analysis package on the market, with features for small companies, corporations, and research labs. Our new IntelliStitch™ software allows stitching of multiple small aperture wavefront measurements for large optics metrology.


Optics Metrology

		ESDI’s Intellium™ Optical Metrology Line of products has the highest cost/performance ratio on the market. Our patent pending Intellium™ H-Series interferometers, offer the highest performance of any interferometer including vibration insensitivity, dynamic measurements, and real-time recording/playback of deformable or moving parts. Our Intellium™ Asphere interferometer accurately measures aspheric optics faster and at high resolutions than any other instrument on the market. Finally, our popular Intellium™ Z-Series interferometers are compact, rugged, and offer all the features expected in the optical surface metrology industry.


Wavefront Sensing

		ESDI offers a wide variety of wavefront sensing technologies and products. Our patent pending Intellium™ PDI with HyperPhase™ Point-Diffraction Interferometer measures real-time interferometric laser beam wavefronts at resolution up to 1024x768. Our patented Intellium™ SBSI Small Beam Shearing Interferometer offers real-time visualization of small laser beams.


Surface Scatter

		In the past, surface scatter has always been both difficult and expensive, especially when 3D measurements were required. ESDI’s new patented Quantum 5™ full-hemispherical scatterometer measures real-time scatter over the entire hemisphere at video rates.
