Multiple options now available for ESDI's
100mm Aperture Fizeau
Interferometer
ESDI is pleased to
announce the expansion of our Z100 product line.
In addition to the standard wavelength of 632.8 nm, the
Intellium
Z100 is now available in 1064nm & 1300nm
models. Other wavelengths may be available upon
request. Another option is the Z100HR (high
resolution) which has a high resolution camera
(1048x1536 pixels). This option is useful for
performing mildly aspheric measurements and in other
applications where a higher resolution camera is
desired. By the end of the second quarter of 2007,
ESDI will roll-out its newest model of Z100, the
'Intellium Asphere'. The Intellium Asphere will be
ideally suited for high-speed and accurate aspheric
measurement applications. The Intellium Asphere will
allow the end user to perform aspheric optical
measurements as easy, as simple, and as fast as
traditional measurements of optical flats and spherical
optics.
As part of ESDI's commitment to
provide complete surface and wavefront metrology
solutions, we recently released new product literature
on our complete line of accessories to compliment our
Fizeau interferometers. This literature contains
comprehensive information on all accessories required
for performing a myriad of measurements.
If
your need is for a basic metrology package to make a
go/no go metrology measurement, ESDI can provide an
economic solution that consists only of a compact, cost
efficient Z100 interferometer and transmission flat.
This basic package is also available for the Z40 and Z30
interferometers.
